The Monarch Group was established by Mr. Salim Dawood, our current Chairman and Managing Director, in the year 1988. It is his determination and talent that has taken Monarch to the heights it has achieved today. Over the past two decades, we have completed over 10 projects, with 5 more prime projects in the works at some of Bangalore’s most successful and upcoming areas. Monarch is also the owner and operator of prime hotels such as Monarch Plaza on Brigade Road, Monarch Luxur on Infantry Road and Monarch Himalaya in Gandhinagar.
